According to the Bible, cancer is bad. Death is an enemy, an intruder that came into our world only after Adam sinned. Prior to this, God's Creation was "very good". No death, no disease, no problem. But old earthers are left with the dreadful problem of calling cancer "very good". You try selling that to someone affected by it!
