Christians who insist on correct doctrine are often reminded that the Church is not supposed to be divided. It's true; the Church is supposed to stand together. The question is, what are we supposed to stand on?

The good thing for us is that God didn't say "speak the same thing", then leave us to wonder what that same thing is. Rather, the same thing we are supposed to speak is that which is contained within the word of God. If the Bible says "black", no one can say "white", and they certainly can't say whoever says "black" is being divisive for saying "black". No, it is entirely legitimate to divide from those who are speaking false doctrine, even if they are speaking the same false doctrine.

We have a Bible for a reason. Study it, then speak the same as others who do likewise. If anyone says otherwise, they are being divisive, and it is they we should divide from.
