The Trinity rejects Evolution

The appeal to authority fallacy is, by far, the most common argument in defence of Evolution. Most Evolutionists either lack the ability to think for themselves, or hope their audience does, and so for most of them, the highly exaggerated claim that 99% of scientists believe in Evolution is usually enough.

When it comes to atheists, deists, pantheists and other miscellaneous worldviews, this almost makes sense. It's still a fallacy, of course, so no one really has an excuse for making it, much less relying on it. But if any religious group in the world should be wise enough to avoid this pitiful argument, it should be the Christians. Tragically, Theistic Evolutionists are very common in Christianity, and their arguments for their views are twice as illogical. This is because while unbelievers have some excuse for falling for other authorities, Christians believe in an infallible authority.

Let's ask a very easy question: When God and man have a disagreement, who is correct? 100% of Christians should say God. No being that can create and sustain an entire universe could be compared to a species that can't even grasp their tiny corner of the universe. So why is this a question that even needs to be asked? If it was true that 99% of scientists believed in Evolution, or even if there were no scientists that didn't, the fact that God Himself testifies that He created the heavens, the earth and everything therein in just 6 days (Exodus 20:11) is enough to refute all of them. There should not be a single dissenting voice in the Church on this matter.

Now, I repeat, unbelievers have some excuse for rejecting this. Enough of an excuse that it is appropriate to stray from the scriptures and explain why Evolution is scientifically impossible. A Christian, however, should not believe, or argue, as unbelievers do. If they're going to do that, they may as well go the full 10 miles and apostatise. If you're going to believe like an atheist and argue like an atheist, become an atheist, then we'll convert you for real.

Christians have a choice to make: Believe a lie that is easily refuted, or trust the God they already claim to trust. In either scenario, put your money where your mouth is. If you are a Christian, reject Evolution. If you are an Evolutionist, reject the rest of Christianity. Pick a side, but be warned that God will absolutely win even if you don't pick His.
